My STORY

My passion for building began over 45 years ago, working alongside my uncle in the concrete business. Those early experiences taught me the value of hard work, attention to detail, and taking pride in every step of the process. I studied architecture, but quickly realized that my true passion was hands-on—bringing structures to life in the field.

In 1991, I founded Danis Construction Co., Inc., and for the past 35 years, we've been dedicated to delivering high-quality construction services with integrity, craftsmanship, and personal commitment.

One of the most rewarding aspects of this work has always been taking a concept and seeing it through to a finished product. Collaborating with clients to bring their vision to life—and often exceeding expectations—is what drives me. There’s a tremendous sense of accomplishment in turning ideas into reality.

As the industry evolved, so did we. Recognizing a growing interest in smaller, more sustainable living spaces, we expanded our business with the launch of Tiny Houses of NH. This new division focuses on the design and construction of custom tiny homes, built with the same attention to quality and detail that has defined our work for decades. Whether it's for full-time living, vacation retreats, or accessory dwellings, our tiny houses combine smart design with expert craftsmanship.
